We purchased a lovely guinea pig here a month ago. We are very happy with him, just what we were looking for. He settled really well with our other guinea pig, he is very healthy and loves cuddles. I would go back to this shop, they were nice to deal with, not pushy. I noticed some of their products were cheaper than the big chains of pet stores (ie cages). The guinea pig was also cheaper.

Definitely the best local pet shop around, their staff are actually knowledgeable and if you ask a question that they don't know they find out for you. The young lad there on the weekends is really helpful especially. We're experienced with reptiles and it was refreshing to overhear him giving the correct advice to care for a bearded dragon, whereas we have too often heard of incorrect advice given. If they don't have what you want in stock they'll order it in for you. My favourite pet store.

This shop is a lovely store well laid out easy to get around and friendly staff I have had nothing but good experiences in this store any time I have been in it they keep the cages for the animals clean and tidy the shop itself is laid out in a way that whatever you need for the animals food and toys wise Is on the way out to make it easier for people who have just purchased any pet they've chosen the staff are incredibly helpful and informative with anything you need to know they genuinely love animals which is always a bonus and all around good store well run and friendly service
